To take advantage of the membership rate, your membership must be active upon registration and at the time of the event. Please note that membership is not granted immediately upon application as all applicants must go through a review process for approval.

Cancellation Policy
A refund request must be submitted in writing at least one month prior to the event and is subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Any request submitted
